Corridor-wide Meetings 2010

In an effort to reacquaint residents to the Business 40 Project and update them to the progress of the project since the 2008 meetings a set of corridor-wide meetings were held in October of 2010. These meetings presented new design options for the project to the general public as well as present them with options on how to be involved with the development of the design alternatives. A total of 325 residents attended the meetings over three days.

As with the 2008 meetings these corridor-wide meetings were held at three locations at two different times to make them convenient for core and surrounding neighborhoods, and suburban and downtown residents and employees to attend. The meeting locations were selected to enable residents from each part of Winston-Salem to be able to attend a meeting close to their homes or place of work.
